REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Every Grumpy Goose Designs product is made to order just for you by our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Because each item is custom-produced at the time of purchase, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, a change of mind, or buyer's remorse.

We know that's a firm policy - so we back it up with a clear commitment on our end.

WHAT WE WILL FIX

We will issue a free replacement or full refund for any order that arrives:

  • Damaged in transit
  • With a defective print (significant color deviation, blurring, misalignment, or misprinting)
  • With the wrong item or design shipped
  • Missing entirely (lost in transit)

To qualify, you must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date with:
  1. Your order number
  2. A clear photo of the issue (the item laid flat in good lighting works best)

We'll review your claim and get back to you within 2 business days. If approved, we'll send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund to your original payment method - your choice.

WHAT WE CANNOT REFUND OR REPLACE

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Incorrect size ordered (please check our size guide before purchasing)
  • A change of mind after ordering
  • Minor color differences between your screen and the printed product - all screens display colors differently, and slight variation is normal and not considered a defect
  • Damage caused by improper washing or care (please follow the care label instructions)
  • Claims submitted more than 30 days after the confirmed delivery date

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed, provided production has not yet begun. To request a cancellation, email us at hello@grumpygoosedesigns.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once production has started, we are unable to cancel or modify the order.

A NOTE ON SIZING

Because we cannot accept returns for incorrect size orders, we strongly encourage you to review our size guide before purchasing. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit. Still unsure? Send us a message before you order - we're happy to help.
