Thank you for shopping with Grumpy Goose Designs. Because every product is made to order specifically for you, our shipping process has two stages: production and delivery. Please read this policy before purchasing so you know exactly what to expect.

HOW OUR SHIPPING WORKS
Every Grumpy Goose Designs product is custom-printed on demand by our production partner, Printful. This means your order goes through two stages before it arrives at your door:
Stage 1- Production: 2–5 business days
After your order is placed, Printful prints, inspects, and packs your item. This happens before your order is handed to any shipping carrier. You will not receive a tracking number during this stage.
Stage 2 - Shipping: 3–5 business days (US domestic)
Once production is complete, your order is handed to a carrier (typically USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL). You will receive an automated email with your tracking number at this point.
Total estimated delivery time (US domestic): 5–10 business days from the date of purchase.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)
All US orders are shipped from Printful's US-based fulfillment centers. Estimated shipping times after production is complete:
• Standard shipping: 3–5 business days
• Express shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout for most products at additional cost)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, the products ordered, and the shipping method selected.
We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may take slightly longer than standard estimates.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally to most countries through Printful's global fulfillment network.
• Estimated delivery time: 10–20 business days after production is complete
• Actual delivery time varies significantly by destination country, local postal service, and customs processing speed
Important notes for international orders:
• Customs duties, import taxes, and fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We have no control over customs charges and cannot predict or reimburse them.
• We are unable to mark international packages as "gifts" or under-declare their value. This is required by international shipping law.
• Some countries have import restrictions on certain products. It is your responsibility to check your country's import regulations before purchasing.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has completed production and been handed to a carrier. Please allow 2–5 business days from your order date before expecting a tracking number.
If you have not received a tracking email within 7 business days of your purchase, please contact us at hello@grumpygoosedesigns.com with your order number and we will investigate promptly.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it:
1. Check around your delivery location and with neighbours.
2. Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number.
3. If the package is still missing after 3 business days, contact us at hello@grumpygoosedesigns.com and we will open a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
Packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier but not received are handled on a case-by-case basis. We will do our best to resolve the situation, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Because production begins quickly after an order is placed:
• Address changes may be possible if requested within 12 hours of purchase and before production has begun.
• We cannot redirect packages once they have been shipped.
• If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.
To request an address change, email hello@grumpygoosedesigns.com immediately with your order number and corrected address.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING NOTICE
Production and shipping timelines extend during peak seasons. For the holiday season:
• We recommend placing orders by December 1 for standard delivery before Christmas.
• Orders placed after December 10 cannot be guaranteed to arrive before December 25.
• We will post updated cut-off dates and holiday notices on our website and social media as the season approaches.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will work with Printful to arrange a replacement or refund. See our full Refund & Return Policy for details.
