3. PRODUCTS & MADE-TO-ORDER NOTICE
All products sold by Grumpy Goose Designs are made to order through our third-party print-on-demand partner, Printful. Products are custom-produced at the time of purchase and are not held in pre-manufactured inventory.
As a result:
• Each product is unique to your order and produced specifically for you.
• Production and delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. Delays caused by our production partner, shipping carriers, weather events, or other factors outside our direct control are not grounds for a refund or dispute, provided your order is in production or transit.
• All orders are subject to our Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.

4. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colours and images of our products that appear in the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer or device monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
You expressly acknowledge that printed colours may vary from how they appear on your screen due to differences between digital and print colour spaces. This is a natural characteristic of print-on-demand production and does not constitute a defect or misrepresentation.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

5. PRICING & PAYMENT
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
All purchases are processed securely through Shopify Payments or PayPal. We do not store your full payment card information on our servers.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content included on this Site - including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, illustrations, digital downloads, and the compilation of the foregoing - is the property of Grumpy Goose Designs and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.
Our original artwork, character designs (including but not limited to the Grumpy Goose, Frog, Raccoon, Opossum, and Skunk illustrations), brand name, and logos are the exclusive intellectual property of Grumpy Goose Designs. You may not:
• Reproduce, copy, duplicate, or exploit any portion of the Site or its content for any commercial purpose without express written permission from us.
• Use our designs, characters, or artwork on any products, merchandise, or media without our written consent.
• Claim ownership of, modify, or create derivative works based on our original designs.
Purchasing a product grants you ownership of that physical item only - it does not transfer any copyright, design rights, or license to reproduce the design in any form.

7. PROHIBITED USES
In addition to other prohibitions set forth in these Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the Site or its content to:
• Engage in any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances.
• Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
• Harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate.
• Submit false or misleading information.
• Upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.
• Collect or track the personal information of others.
• Spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape.
• Use the Site to purchase products in bulk for resale without prior written authorisation from Grumpy Goose Designs.
• Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device to access the Site for any purpose.
We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service for violating any of the prohibited uses.

Our store is built on Shopify. Certain products and services available to you through this Service may include materials from third parties. Links on this Site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of third-party materials or websites and do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials, websites, products, or services.
Our products are fulfilled and shipped by Printful, Inc., a third-party production partner. While we make every effort to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment, we are not liable for errors, delays, or failures that originate with Printful or with shipping carriers. In the event of a defective or incorrect order, we will work with Printful to resolve the issue in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
