In the NICU, your coworkers cry through every shift change, demand a snack every three hours and still get all the cuddles. This tee says what every neonatal nurse already knows - with a grin.
The Design
A smiling, swaddled preemie in a pink knit beanie snuggles between a floppy-eared plush bunny with a teal bow and a heart-covered baby bottle, framed by a yellow star and pink hearts. Above and below, glossy rainbow bubble letters spell out NICU Nurse: My Coworkers Cry a Lot in pink, orange, yellow, teal, purple and blue. It's kawaii-cute, wildly cheerful and just cheeky enough for the break room.
Perfect For
- NICU and neonatal nurses who speak fluent baby cry
- Nurses Week, unit appreciation and new job surprises
- Matching tees for the whole NICU team
- Nursing school grads headed straight to the neonatal unit
